Individual Personal Training:
Private One-On-One Sessions just you and your CrossFit Certified Trainer give you Maximum Results in the minimum time possible .  We'll work together on teaching you the principles, philosophies, perfecting your form, technique and taking your body, mind and life to the next level. We can work to accommodate your schedule day or night.

Semi-Private Group Personal Training
These training sessions  are the perfect training venue for families and/or groups of friends. Semi-Private Group Training allows you and your family to focus on health & fitness while having fun together.  More effective for some than a traditional group class, the focus is on developing new skills and techniques in a smaller more intimate setting. Of course the same expert CrossFit coaching is provided along with customized workouts for outside the gym.

Elements
The CrossFit Elements class provides focused instruction on the movements and exercises utilized in the CrossFit Workout Of The Day. Elements sessions are short, concise and focus on proper movement and biomechanics such that the beginning to intermediate athlete can "comfortably" and safely participate in the WOD on that day.

Workout Of The Day (WOD)
The Group WOD training session provides a fun place for Cross Fitters of all levels to get together. You'll learn new skills, meet new people,  and get in a high-energy, high-intensity workout. A CrossFit certified instructor will always be there to help you out. There really is no substitute for the energy, camaraderie, intensity and fun of a CrossFit Denver Workout Of The Day!

"Suffer on Sunday" Workout - Sundays 9:30 a.m.
Suffer On Sunday is a time to get together outside often at Washington Park (weather permitting) where everyone is invited to join in and see what CrossFit is all about while making friends in the beautiful Colorado atmosphere. Learn To Squat (Properly) Seminar

The squat is probably the single best exercise in or out of the gym. Done correctly it is inherently safe, unmatched for whole body conditioning, overall stregth and every day functional movement.  Done incorrectly it is a train wreck waiting to crash  into your knees, low back and spine. Come join us and learn how to squat correctly in a fun, informative hands-on seminar... we'll help you to improve your Squat immensely in just a few short hours. This seminar is a general introduction to the Squat. Format will consist largely of group instruction and participation with occasional lecture. Come ready to workout.

Deadlift  Seminar

The Deadlift is probably the best lift for building back and grip strength. It is one of the most functional lifts as similar biomechanics should be used when picking anything up off the ground. It is the first pull of the clean and thus essential for progressing into the Clean, Snatch & Clean and Jerk. So simple when done correctly yet so misunderstood we'll help you to improve your Deadlift immensely in just a few short hours. This seminar is a general introduction to the Deadlift. Format will consist largely of group instruction and participation with occasional lecture. Come prepared to workout.
