Elements 5: Gymnastics 2
- Review pull-ups and kipping.
- Hand-stand push-ups – full ROM, scaling options: ab-mat, box, overhead dumbbell press
- Rings – jump & hold, ring dips – scaled if necessary, ring push-ups, ring rows.
- Muscle-ups – introduce false grip and full progression.
- From knees on the ground, pull to chest, throw head through, push up.
