  • Review pull-ups and kipping.
  • Hand-stand push-ups – full ROM, scaling options: ab-mat, box, overhead dumbbell press
  • Rings – jump & hold, ring dips – scaled if necessary, ring push-ups, ring rows.
  • Muscle-ups – introduce false grip and full progression.
  • From knees on the ground, pull to chest, throw head through, push up.

WOD: AMRAP 15: 5 muscle-ups, 5 HSPU
