Elements 2: Gymnastics 1
- Pull-ups – full ROM, kipping, scaling: bands, jumping
- Slam ball – full extension overhead, quick abdominal contraction and squat
- Wall ball – review squat form, drive out of heels, let the momentum of the ball drive you back down into next movement, full height, appropriate scaling.
- Box jump – Use arms for momentum, land with heels on box, open hips at top. Scaling.
- TTB/KTE – full ROM, kipping, scaling
WOD: 3 Rounds for Time: 5 pull-ups, 10 wall-ball, 15 box jumps, 10 slam ball
