This is a skill & Run Day
1st: Spend 20 – 30 minutes working on a skill. This could be an Olympic lift, a strength lift, pull-ups, muscle-ups, handstands, HSPU…you pick and a coach will help you improve. Forget intensity. Forget heavy. Improve technique.
2nd: 4 Times around the 800m CrossFit Denver “Long Loop” for time
Our Workouts Today Are At 6am, 7am, Noon, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
The Colorado Open Will BE At Front Range CrossFit August 27th – August 29th. Wewill be fielding a CrossFit Denver Team. Please let us know if you are interested. We will be having a “tryout” soon. Also, if you plan on competing individually, Let us help prepare you!
