Today is another self-directed workout. Since there only be a few, if anyone in class with you…what a perfect time for the naked “bear”!

100 Times Through, just body weight: Hang Clean to Thruster
So basically you will be standing with hands at your side, dip/drive/shrug into about a 1/4 squat with your elbows help high and then dip/drive/press your hands fully overhead. That’s one rep. You do this 100 times.
