2012 can easily be your best health & fitness year in a really long time. By that I mean you can look your best, improve your energy levels, your sleep, your body composition…i.e. your health overall. It’s simple really. Just listen to that little voice in your head. Yep, that voice tells you things for a reason, usually the right reason. Temptation. Addiction. Habit. Boredom. Those are the 4 enemies of your little voice. So do the things that you know you should 80% of the time. Really, not that lofty of a goal. Is it? The payoff is being able to look at yourself in the mirror every morning, deep into your own eyes, smiling, proud and looking forward to yet another great day!

Keep up the good work and healthy habits you have started so far in 2012!
Our regularly scheduled class resume next week…YEA!

Today do a max set of push-ups every 2 minutes on the 2nd minute, 10 rounds or 20 total minutes. FULL RANGE OF MOTION!
The goal here is to set a challenging number and hit that number in every round. The push-ups do not have to be consecutive. However, you should work to get them done and leave a full minute or more of rest each round.
