2012 can easily be your best health & fitness year in a really long time. By that I mean you can look your best, improve your energy levels, your sleep, your body composition…i.e. your health overall. It’s simple really. Just listen to that little voice in your head. Yep, that voice tells you things for a reason, usually the right reason. Temptation. Addiction. Habit. Boredom. Those are the 4 enemies of your little voice. So do the things that you know you should 80% of the time. Really, not that lofty of a goal. Is it? The payoff is being able to look at yourself in the mirror every morning, deep into your own eyes, smiling, proud and looking forward to yet another great day!
