About Us

CrossFit Denver is the fitness destination for Coloradans who are serious about improving their overall performance, general physical preparedness, body composition and quality of life. We work with professional athletes, weekend warriors, soccer moms, golfers, law enforcement personnel, firefighters, grandfathers, mixed martial artists, kids, business executives and just about everybody in between. Get in Shape Plus have fun doing it!

We never ask you to do anything beyond your ability. Instead we have lots of ways to get you there through modifications to the exercises. Almost everyone uses some sort of modification. You never have to worry about being unable to keep up. Come on in, let us show you. Have a look at our “Workout of the Day” blog to see some examples of the type of exercises we do.

CrossFit is a nationally affiliated program developed by experts in functional fitness. Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and LIFE reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.

As a prospective member, we want to give you all the information you need to make an informed decision whether we’re a good fit for your fitness goals. We don’t want unhappy members who have been “trapped” into a commitment.
