Take a piece of paper, your laptop, cell phone or check marks on wrist with a ballpoint pen. Track every time you eat sugar and/or grain each day this week. That would include sweets, candy, fruit, breads, muffins, pizza, sugar-free anything, soda, juice, smoothies…you get the idea. If you are wondering why your weight and your body are not where you would like either to be, this should be pretty telling.
