Today we’re doing two single exercises. Dealer’s choice what order you want to do them in:
Thruster

and
Row 2000m
Today’s throwdown is:
Mary
AMRAP 20:
5 Handstand Push-Ups
10 Pistols (alternating)*
15 Pull-Ups
*1 Legged Squats – Same standards as a regular air squat – crease of your thigh and hip must go below your knee to be RX.
Our Classes today are:
WOD: 6am, 10am, Noon, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm
Elements: 7pm
CrossFit Express: 11:30am
Benchmark Throwdown: 6pm
