Talk with your trainer about your specific weakness…

EMOM 15 (Every minute on the minute for 15 minutes): Choose your reps (2-10)
Keep your reps/round within 2 of your starting number each round

Today’s throwdown is:
The Chief
Max Rounds in 3 Min. of:
3 Power Cleans (135# / 95#)
6 Push-ups
9 Squats
Rest 1 minute. Repeat for 5 Cycles.
