Mark Lodmill competed in the “Head of the Charles” regatta in Boston last weekend

Congratulations to CrossFit Denver instructor Mark Lodmill, who traveled to Boston last weekend to compete in the “Head of the Charles” regatta (rowing competition). The Head of the Charles is the largest regatta in the nation, and Mark placed 9th out of 18 in the master’s competition. As usual, Mark was unhappy with his performance, but it is quite an achievement to even be selected to be IN this regatta, much less beat half the field.

Mark is already planning his training for next year’s rowing season, and we’ll probably throw in some rowing torture in the daily WODs that you can thank him for.
