Back Squats
3-3-3-2–2-1-1-1-1
Lets go heavy today, but if you aren’t well conditioned with the back squat, please do stress lower weights and proper form. Ex: Beginners, maybe do 5-5-5-5-5, intermediate 3-3-3-3-3-3, work with your trainer to figure out where you are.
Make sure you are using spotters or getting in one of the cages for a challenging weight that you might not get!!!
Finisher:
8-round tabata knee-to-elbows (if you’ve never done them hanging, now’s a great time to try it!)
