Every Minute on the minute for 30 minutes:
5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 BW squats
If you can’t do 5/10/15, find some scaling that you can. It may be 2 pull-ups, 6 push-ups, 9 BW squats, etc. but find something that will take you 35-40 seconds/round so that you get some rest each round. Try to keep that scaling thru the full workout.
Our Workouts today are: 6am, noon, 5:30pm
Remember, we’re going to have a BBQ after the 5:30 workout. Bring a side dish or something, the gym will provide buffalo patties for burgers and some beer!
