Its been a hard week, this is going to be a skills day. Skills we’ll work on:
Handstand Push-Ups (HSPU)
Pistols (one-leg squats)
Barbell snatch (light weight, work on form)
If you feel good and want to get a workout in, you can skip the snatch work and do:
AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
5 HSPU
10 Pistols (5 each leg alternating)
15 Pull ups
Or, mod the 20 minute limit based on how you feel. maybe 10 or 15 minutes instead.
Our Workouts Today Are: 6am, 7am, noon, 5:30pm
