CrossFit Denver instructor Mark Lodmill wins in Des Moines

Congratulations to Mark Lodmill, who, on a cold and rainy day in Iowa, won the master’s division (men’s 30-50) single rowing at the ‘Head of the Des Moines’ event last weekend.  He also did open single, but didn’t have enough time to properly recover after the master’s race.  He still took 4th!

won it?!?! that's awesome Mark. good for you. When I first saw this post, I figured you did well. 1st place? that's freaking awesome dude!
