Complete as many rounds in 30 minutes as you can of:
275/175 pound Deadlift, 5 reps
13 Push-ups
9 Box jumps, 24/20 inch box
This is a BRUTAL Crossfit Hero workout make no mistake. MOST athletes will scale load and/or workout time.

Our Workouts Today Are At 6am, 7am, 11am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
