Join Our 1 Week Paleo Challenge! Starts today. Who’s in? This is very simply 1 week of eating the way that you are genetically programmed to eat. Start today, Sunday, end Saturday night at 5:00pm. If you are in this is 100% paleo…ie. you will eat lean meats, non-starchy vegetables and fruit. Eat as much as you want of these, but eat nothing more, PERIOD!
If you are committed to truly improving the way you look, feel and perform in one week, put a comment in this BLOG below. I’ll be having a tilapia fillet with asparagus, onions and an avocado for breakfast, cooked in coconut oil with garlic and pepper. If you need a “more traditional” yet easy paleo breakfast…here ya go…

Strawberries
blueberries
Raspberries
1/4 cp of crushed raw walnutsor any other kind that you like

Cinnamon and a splenda for extra flavor
Add them all together and enjoy.. I love it.. i ended up buying frozen fruit, because trying to keep fresh longer was hard to do... due to my work schedule!

Banana Pancakes:
- 2 eggs
- 2 bananas (medium)
- 2 large tablespoons almond butter
Mash/stir/blend it all together, and pour onto a (dare I say) buttered pan/skillet to make smallish/medium sized pancakes. Avoid larger pancakes, as the consistency can make them a real bitch to flip - you'll see.
This is my spin on this recipe (http://www.marksdailyapple.com/almond-banana-pancakes/), since 1 egg and 1 tablespoon almond butter didn't work out too well for me. Experiment to see what works for you. Just remember to cook them on LOW heat - as they burn very easily. This is a pain, since they need to setup hard enough to be flipped. So finding that time between "just right" to flip them, and burned, is unfortunately very close. And be warned... these things are friggin' TASTY!
