This will be done in 2 person Teams (Bring A watch, you’ll need it!!!)
Everyone will start with 10 Push-Ups Then 10 Sit-Ups Then 10 BW Squats
As soon as you complete the 20 reps, take off running around the park as fast as you can.
Whichever team member is in front Will complete 10 Reps on the minute every minute they are in front. the other team member is trying to catch them. When they catch them they keep running and the team member that is caught does 10 reps.
Track team time around the park.
(This is confusing I know…it will make sense and be lots of “FUN” once you show up.)
