AMRAP 15 2 Person Teams
Score = Total KB American Swings
In this workout partner 1 will be doing KB American swings for reps (#53/#35) while partner 2 runs 7x 20m Shuttle (timer). Alternate runs and swings with 2 very important twists.
Twist #1: Everyone Does 5 Push-Ups On Every Minute
Twist #2: Each Team member alternates runs, forward 1 round, backwards the next
This will be easiest if each team keeps in their own “lane”.
**If there are an odd number of people in a class, one team will have 3 people.
Our Workouts Today Are At 6am, 7am, Noon, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
It’s “Tape Your Bar, Your Way Day” At CrossFit Denver! So if you have a favorite bar on the pull-up contraption, please feel free to tape it the way you like. We are going to re-tape them all. However, it would be great if everyone could help, and great to get it set up the way you like. Thanks.
