20 #135/#85 Clean & Jerk
25 Pull-Ups
30 Box Jumps 24/20
35 Sit-Ups
Run 800m (Long Loop)
(stagger C&J start so that everyone has a bar)
Our Workouts Today Are At 6am, 7am (Yoga), Noon, 5:30pm
If you could take a pill every day, that would provide you the exact same level of fitness as CrossFitting 5 or 6 times a week, and the cost was $129.00 per month, would you? take them?
