Based on your suggestions we are going to experiment with some new formats for the warm-ups. The ball toss will almost always happen as it is a great way to get moving and to learn everyone’s names. After that we will break into groups of those who are “newer” and those who have been around a while and are at least somewhat proficient in the skills and movements for that day. This format will be a work in progress, as you will see, so feel free to give us your feedback.
