Today’s Workouts:  6am, 7am, noon, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

We are implementing a very simple  and what we hope will be very effective strategy for maintaining a diet that promotes optimum health, performance, energy and recovery even after the Paleo Challenge formally ends. Many of you have mentioned that you like the accounability aspect of the Paleo challenge. So beginning today and continuing on indefinitely, when you post your Workout times/weights on the board, please also add either a plus (+) or a minus (-) next to your name. The (+) or the (-) will simply be a representation of the quality/quantity of the fuel you put in your body since the last time you came to the gym. You may be Paleo, Zone, Vegetarian or engineered food fiend. This is completely subjective, just be honest with yourself with respect to what food/fuel works for you! The simple idea is to be able to post pluses with great pride and also have a little accountability amongst your peers for the minuses…..C’mon, Put The Twinkie Down!
