21-15-9 Reps For Time:
Pull-ups
WallBall #20/#12
Lunge Jumps (Hips open fully, Knee touches, or gets within an inch each rep)
Our Workouts Today Are At 6:00am, 7:00am, noon, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Keep proper foot width for stability, and do not let knees track too far over foot. Scale/substitute if you have knee issues as these WILL hurt you.
