What more can CrossFit Denver do for you? That is the question we would love your input on. In the past few months we have have added many more classes, a tremendous massage therapy studio, more equipment and now yoga classes (starting today at 7:30pm). Our coaches are working on new coaching ideas, certifications plus some upcoming seminars. What are we missing? If you are coming in 4 days a week, what can we do to make you come in 5? What can we do to help you understand how to maximize health and performance through nutrition? How can we help you to improve technique? Intensity?
