To keep you posted on my progress, partly due to your training, I have been PRing every week. I hit my old Hang Clean PR (185) for 5 reps 3 days ago, nailed 315 for 3 on squats yesterday, and DLed 305 for 2 last week. — Jacob

The goal is to not re-rack the bar and get 100 at Body-weight. Obviously, there are many scaling options.
