35 Double-unders
Run 200 meters
Oh Yeah, AND do 5 burpees on every even minute…2/4/6 etc…you know the drill! Our Workout Today is at 9:30am
We are looking at starting a “CrossFit Denver Co-Op”…a group of us who want to have fresh veggies, fruits, meats and other healthy treats delivered weekly (or bi-weekly) to the gym. Prepared foods are also possible. Let us know by commenting on this BLOG whether you may be interested and if there is anything specific you would like to have included? Thanks
I am interested in going in on meat for sure. Maybe on the organic veggies. I still think sunflower is a great value but the convinence of delivered stuff probably makes up for it.
