Five rounds for time of:
35 Double-unders
Run 200 meters

Oh Yeah, AND do 5 burpees on every even minute…2/4/6 etc…you know the drill!
Our Workout Today is at 9:30am

We are looking at starting a “CrossFit Denver Co-Op”…a group of us who want to have fresh veggies, fruits, meats and other healthy treats delivered weekly (or bi-weekly) to the gym. I am interested in going in on meat for sure. Maybe on the organic veggies. I still think sunflower is a great value but the convinence of delivered stuff probably makes up for it.
