Kale & Avocado Salad

Just made this up. While I know it won’t appeal to many of you…it is was incredibly delicious!
Big salad bowl of chopped kale. 2 Avocados. Garlic powder. Ginger Powder. Sun-dried tomatoes (chopped small). Lime.
Simply mash the avocados with a fork along the sides of the bowl. Add the kale and tomatoes. Start mixing and add spices to taste along with a few squeezes of fresh lime.
