30 Muscle-Ups For time
If you can’t do a muscle-up, work on the progressions/skills. There is no need today to do a whole bunch of pull-ups, jumping muscle-ups and dips…work on the transition…from the knees, from the feet, from a box, from whatever you need.
Handstands are another skill to work in this day.

Our Workouts Today Are At 6:00am, 7:00am, Noon
