We’ll meet at the gym (NOT AT THE PARK)…and work on whatever suits your fancy. Open Gym days are a great time to work on, and improve skills, technique whether it be through a full-blown benchmark workout, active rest day, weightlifting or something in between.
Let me know if you are interested in coming tonight to watch UFC 107 Penn vs. Sanchez?!
