Today’s WOD was awesome and I really enjoyed it!. Might not have looked like it when I was going thru the obstacle course but I felt great afterward. I enjoy the variety of CrossFit and am glad I joined. I am seeing far better results from CrossFit than any gym I have worked out in the past 20 years. Love the variety of the workouts and comradery of group workouts.
