Odd minutes 10m Run
Even Minutes OHS
Shoot for all 20 Minutes
BodyWeight, PVC or Something in between, maintain form on OHS
The 10m shuttle is line to line feet, no touch with hand
If you fail in a round, drop back 5 reps and continue.
Our Group workouts today are at 6:00am, 7:00am, 6:00 p.m.
